In-Home Delivery & Set-up
For your information and convenience we have put together this short letter stating our delivery policy.
1. The date indicated on your receipt is an approximate date your furniture should be available for pickup. Our Customer Service Department will contact you when all your furniture has arrived at our warehouse to schedule the actual delivery date and time.
2. We deliver on weekdays only. Most areas receive deliveries at least once a week.
3. You will be charged a standard fee for your delivery within the Metropolitan area. Our Sales Associate will let you know the exact amount at the time of your purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, setup is not included in the delivery fee.
4. All orders must be paid in full 3 business days prior to delivery.
5. Unfortunately, weather conditions, heavy traffic and other unforeseen events can delay deliveries. We will, however, call you before your scheduled delivery date and provide a delivery window approximating the time of delivery.
6. When our Delivery Truck arrives, please have someone home who knows where you want the furniture placed and is authorized to sign for the delivery. The room should be empty and ready for your new furniture.
7. PLEASE BE HOME! If a problem does arise, we must be notified the day before at the latest or you will incur an additional delivery charge if no one is home to accept the merchandise.
8. Customers who request a second delivery will incur an additional delivery charge.
